STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The New York News Publishers Association has again recognized the outstanding contributions of the 2023 Staten Island Advance/SILive.com staff.
The latest recognition highlights the achievement of the Staten Island Advance/SiLive.com staff in securing the Distinguished Community Service Award for their collaborative effort on the “Pride and the Parade” series. Tracey Porpora, editor/news manager of the Public Interest & Advocacy Team, served as the lead editor for the impactful project.
